Bali Treasures Drum Factory – Terms and Conditions
1. Order and Prices
All All prices are FOB (Free On Board) Surabaya, Indonesia with standard Carton packaging included. LCL (Less Container Load) orders will have an additional FOB charge once goods are finished and crated.
All prices are listed in US$ dollars.
Minimum order is US$2,000.00. See price Lists for Volume discounts.
All purchases must be fully paid prior to shipment out of Indonesia.
You may make a 50% deposit and then pay the balance upon notification that the shipment is ready.
Bank transfers are the only option for payment. We understand that new customers fear cash transactions and we’re more than happy to supply you with a list of customer references. We are sure that after you’ve talked to a few of our customers, we know you’ll feel more comfortable.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Production time for all products ranges from 5-12 weeks, depending on the time of year and confirmed orders already placed. We will advise you on estimated production time once we receive your order.
Shipping is either by air cargo or sea cargo.
Air cargo is always prepaid because the “prepaid” rate is less expensive than the “collect” rate.
Sea cargo is by cubic meter (LCL) or by 20 foot container or more economical 40 foot containers. It is usually sent as “sea cargo collect” however, sometimes the carriers require prepayment – we will always advise you.
Charges for miscellaneous related local cargo expenses, for example, trucking, documentation, fumigation, Terminal and Handling Clearance, quota visas, etc., are added to your invoice.

Every product that we sell is guaranteed — if you have problems with your order because of an error on our part, then we assume responsibility and will credit you in full against your next order.
Any damaged or wrong items have to be claimed to Bali-Treasures within 10 days from receiving your goods.
If the problem is in regards to rejected products, you will need to document this with a picture and send it to Marketing@Bali-treasures.com together with and explanation of the problem.
All sizes and colors may vary slightly as most items are Hand Made.
