Procedures:
If you are existing customer please
log in, click on “my account”, type
your ID and password When you are
log in you will be able to see our
New Release items, prices, create
and save orders, also you will able
to:
• Change your detail information
• Change your password
• Change your email
• Review your order status ( open
and closed order)
• Check your chart
If you are new customer please click
on http://www.bali-treasures.com/register.php
and fill out the information form
below and submit. Our staff will
be reviewed your information, and
make an approval.
Terms are 50% down
payment to confirm your order and
the Balance for goods and Local
shipping charges once all items
are complete and ready for Transport.
Production estimation times are
4 to 8 weeks and will be start after
we received down payment.
Once production
is completed we will send out the
final invoice for payment. After
payment is received goods and Customs
documents are shipped to your shipping
address, Tracking of your order
is available at Shipping@Bali-Treasures.com
Any damaged or wrong
items may be claimed to Bali-Treasures
with in 10 days of receiving your
goods. We will then credit you on
your proceeding orders.
All prices are X-factory
and do not include Local and Sea
freight shipping charges. FOB (Free
ON Board) prices will be provided
on request for container load orders
only.
