Every product that we sell is guaranteed -- if you have problems with your order because of an error on our part (of any kind), then we assume responsibility and credit you in full against your next order. All sizes and colors may vary slightly.

All prices are quoted (X- Factory) in Bali, Indonesia with standard Carton Packing Included . All prices are listed in US$ dollars.

Our minimum order is US$2,000.00. See price Lists for Volume discounts.

Production time for all products ranges from 5-8 weeks, depending on the products. We will advise you on estimated production times once we receive your order.

Cargo is either by air cargo or by sea cargo. Sea cargo is by cubic meter (LCL) or by 20 foot or 40 foot containers. We will advise you on the most economical method of shipping based on your needs, after we receive your order.

Air cargo is always prepaid because the "prepaid" rate is much less expensive than the "collect" rate.

Sea cargo, be it LCL or a container, is usually sent "sea cargo collect" however, sometimes the carriers require prepayment -- we'll always advise you.

Charges for miscellaneous related cargo expenses, for example, trucking, documentation, fumigation, Terminal and Handling Clearance, quota visas, etc., are added to your invoice.

All purchases must be fully paid for prior to shipment out of Indonesia. You may make a 50% deposit and then pay the balance upon notification that the shipment is ready.

Wire transfers are the best form of payment. Irrevocable Letters of Credit at site for orders over $10,000.00 only. Some Administration fees will be added. We understand that new customers fear cash transactions and we're more than happy to supply you with a list of customer references. We are sure that after you've talked to a few of our customers, we know you'll feel more comfortable.
